Let’s Work Together
Therapy is a collaborative process, and the work is often shaped by what matters most to you as it unfolds. While we address immediate concerns and specific challenges that arise during our work together, we also focus on strengthening the foundation of your relationship or personal well-being. Whether you are seeking support through a transition, navigating conflict, or exploring long-standing patterns, therapy is tailored to your goals and experiences.
Below is an overview of the therapy services offered across a range of relational and life concerns. This list is not exhaustive. If you have questions or would like to learn more about working together, please reach out to schedule a free consultation.

Couple & Marriage Therapy
Support for partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and deepening connection. Therapy focuses on identifying patterns that create distance and developing strategies to strengthen the relationship. The process is collaborative, addressing both individual and shared needs.
Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling helps couples build a strong foundation before marriage. We explore communication, expectations, goals, and conflict management to prepare partners for long-term partnership. The work supports alignment and fosters confidence as you enter this life stage together.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a space to explore personal challenges, patterns, and life transitions. Work may include addressing stress, anxiety, or relational difficulties. The focus is on insight, growth, and developing skills that enhance both personal well-being and relationships.
Relationship Therapy
We support individuals navigating challenges with friends, colleagues, or other significant relationships. Therapy addresses communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution to improve relational health and mutual understanding.
Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving interactions and relationships within the family system. Sessions may address communication, roles, boundaries, and shared challenges to create a healthier, more supportive environment. The goal is to strengthen connections while honoring each member’s perspective.
Areas of Focus
Communication & Conflict
We help individuals and partners develop strategies for clearer and kinder communication and healthier conflict resolution. Therapy focuses on expressing needs effectively, listening actively, and reducing patterns that create tension or disconnection.
Infidelity & Trust Repair
Therapy provides guidance for couples or individuals navigating breaches of trust including both physical and emotional affairs or other forms of dishonesty. Work focuses on understanding underlying dynamics, processing emotions, and rebuilding safety and connection where possible. With therapy, many relationships are able to become stronger than ever even after a partner cheats.
Intimacy & Sexual Connection
Therapy helps partners address barriers such as mismatched desire, performance anxiety, past relational injuries, or unresolved conflict that may be affecting closeness. Sessions encourages open dialogue, reduces shame or avoidance, and fosters satisfying and mutually supportive intimacy.
Life Transitions
Therapy supports clients during major life changes, such as career shifts, relocation, marriage, parenthood, or personal growth transitions. Work focuses on coping strategies, relational adjustments, and maintaining stability through change.
Family Planning & Fertility Challenges
For individuals and couples exploring decisions about having children, including fertility concerns, pregnancy loss, timing of parenthood, adoption, or assisted reproductive options. Sessions provide space to process emotions, clarify values, and navigate differences in readiness or expectations about building a family.
